Complaints Procedure

If you feel that you have not received the standard of service you expect or that we may not be providing an adequate service in a particular area, our Complaints Procedure enables you to register your concern and helps us maintain and improve the high standard of services we provide to our clients.

We will acknowledge your complaint within one business day and aim to resolve any issues within five business days. If we need more time, we’ll let you know.

Escalation

If your complaint relates to a .uk domain and you are not satisfied with the initial outcome of your complaint then please feel free to escalate your issue to Nominet (the .uk registry) here: Nominet UK
